§ 34.081 CITY-STATE AGREEMENT.
   The Mayor or other chief executive officer of the city is hereby authorized and directed to execute all necessary agreements and amendments thereto with the Chairman of the State Industrial Commission as the state agency for the state, or his authorized representative, for the purpose of extending the benefits provided by the Federal System of Old Age and Survivor's Insurance to the employees and officials of this city as provided in § 34.080. This agreement shall provide for the methods of administration of the plan by the city found by the state agency to be necessary for the proper and efficient administration thereof, and shall be effective with respect to services in employment covered by the agreement performed on June 30, 1951.
