CHAPTER 155: ZONING CODE
Sec. 229. FRANCHISE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING.
   Before any such franchise is granted there shall be a public hearing after notice has been published once in a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Pompano Beach, Florida not less than five (5) days prior to the date of the hearing.
