Sec. 184. CERTIFICATES OF INDEBTEDNESS OR REVENUE CERTIFICATES.

Pursuant to the Municipal Home Rule Powers Act, the substantive provisions of sections 184-202 have been transferred, respectively, to §§ 36.065 through 36.082 of the Code of Ordinances.
