§ 92.133 SAME; LICENSEE REGULATIONS.
   Licensee regulations shall be as follows:
   (A)   All kennels shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition, and no refuse or waste material shall be allowed to remain thereon for more than 24 hours.
   (B)   All animals shall be humanely treated.
   (C)   Any animal having any disease shall be properly isolated and treated.
   (D)   All dead animals will be disposed of in an acceptable and sanitary manner.
