§ 92.005 CRUELTY TO ANIMALS.

No person shall cruelly treat any animal in the city in any way, and no person shall inhumanely beat, under-feed or abandon any animal. No person shall perform any act that would constitute a violation of the Humane Care For Animals Act of the State of Illinois (510 ILCS 70/1 et seq.).
