(A) To the extent that a violation of this chapter also constitutes a violation of the Illinois Vehicle Code or other criminal statute(s) of Illinois, then the violator shall be subject to criminal prosecution.
(B) Except as provided in division (A) of this section, a person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be issued a “courtesy citation” and subject to the city’s sanctions concerning same.
(C) For a first offense, the permit may be suspended for up to 90 days.
(D) Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter for a second time within a two-year period shall have the permit revoked.
