Subject to the terms and conditions stated herein, the only non-highway vehicles authorized under the provisions of this chapter are golf carts and utility task vehicles. To avoid confusion, "all-terrain vehicles" as defined at 625 ILCS 5/1-101.8 are not permitted hereunder.
