§ 96.999 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any violation of any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided, shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $35 nor more than $500 for each offense. Each day's violation of any provision of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense and may be punishable as a separate offense.

   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating § 96.033(B)(2) shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $100 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed for each and every day during which a violation continues or exists.

   (C)   Whoever violates any provisions of §§ 96.097 and 96.098 shall be fined $1 for each day during or on which a failure to so number continues.
