§ 152.155 PETITION FOR AMENDMENT.
   The Council, Building and Grounds Committee and other government bodies, and any private petitioners may petition for an amendment in the text of this chapter and in the adopted zoning map. Any petition for an amendment by a private party shall be accompanied by a filing fee, as established by the Council.
