For the purpose and provisions of this chapter, the city is hereby organized into eight districts:
(A) R-1 One-Family Residence District;
(B) R-2 General Residence District;
(C) R-2-1 Special Residence District;
(D) B-1 Retail Business District;
(E) B-2 Limited Service Business District;
(F) B-3 General Service District;
(G) M-1 Manufacturing District;
(H) M-2 Heavy Industrial District.
