Fees pertaining to petitions for zoning amendments, use permits, certificates of compliance, variations and appeals to the Zoning Board of Appeals, shall be $75 each. Fees for applications for planned unit developments shall be as follows: A minimum charge of $100 for any planned unit development up to one acre in size, an additional $50 per acre or part thereof, for all that property included in a planned unit development over one acre. Such fees shall be paid to the City Clerk, who shall give a receipt therefor and account for the same at regular intervals to the City Council.
