It shall be unlawful to permit any wastewater or material from toilets, showers, bathtubs, washbasins or other plumbing fixtures in the camp or housecar or automobile trailer to be deposited upon the surface of the ground and all such fixtures, when in use must be connected to the city sewer system by means of rigid pipe. Hose connections are not permitted.
