§ 117.04 LOCATION REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to maintain any housecar or automobile trailer used for human habitation upon any plot of ground in the city, except in duly licensed trailer camps, except for a period not to exceed 90 days with the express consent of the City Council.
