Each applicant far a license shall accompany such application with a license fee of $25 for camps capable of accommodating ten housecars or automobile trailers or less and an additional fee of $2.50 for each unit capacity in excess of ten. Such license shall expire at the end of the calendar year. The fees for the annual license thereafter shall be based on the same rate as the initial license fee. The fee for the transfer of a license shall be $10.
