No license fee shall be charged to any person, firm or corporation hawking or peddling on behalf of a charitable organization for a charitable purpose.
CHARITABLE is defined as religious, benevolent, humane, philanthropic, patriotic, or eleemosynary. A license is required of such charitable organizations and such license will be issued without license fee.
