§ 116.02 LICENSE APPLICATION.
   (A)   Applications for such licenses shall be made in the office of the City Clerk, with each registrant giving his/her complete identification, his/her signature, the name of the company, firm, or organization he/she represents, address, phone number, state sales tax identification number, vehicle information, and the nature of his/her products or services.
   (B)   Each applicant shall be furnished a license indicating that he/she has registered, and showing the expiration date of such registration. This license shall be carried upon his/her person and exhibited whenever he/she is required to do so by any police officer or person being solicited. The City Clerk shall require every applicant to submit photo identification and such photo identification shall be affixed to the certification or registration.
   (C)   Peddling or soliciting will be permitted only between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. (local time). No peddling shall be allowed on Sundays or on state or national holidays at any time.
   (D)   The provisions of this section shall not apply to officers or employees of the city, county, state or federal government, or any subdivisions thereof, when on official business.
