§ 113.32 PUBLIC SHOOTING GALLERIES.
   (A)   Licenses. 
      (1)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to operate or conduct any public shooting gallery in the city without first having obtained a license therefor.
      (2)   The fee for such gallery shall be as established by City Council from time to time.
   (B)   Conduct. All persons present in any public shooting gallery shall conduct themselves in an orderly manner, and shall not make or cause to be made any loud or unnecessary noise. It shall be unlawful to gamble or bet in any such place.
   (C)   Premises to be kept clean. Premises used for public shooting galleries shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition.
   (D)   Targets. Targets shall be placed before a backstop of steel, sufficiently thick to prevent any bullet from piercing it, and so arranged that there will be no danger from ricochetting bullets or deflected pieces of bullet.
