§ 113.05 SUNDAY CLOSING.

(A) It shall be unlawful to operate or permit the operation of any carnival between the hours of 12:00 midnight on Saturday and 6:00 a.m. on Monday of any week.

(B) It shall be unlawful to operate or open any other place of amusement in the city before the hour of 1:00 p.m. on Sunday.
