§ 113.03 APPLICATIONS; FEES.
   (A)   Applications for such licenses shall be made to the Clerk and shall comply to all of the general provisions of the ordinances relating to such application.
   (B)   The fees for menageries, carnivals, exhibitions of inanimate objects, and other amusements shall be as established from time to time by the City Council.
   (C)   No permit for a carnival shall be issued except on order of the Mayor or City Council.
