Charitable games, as defined in 230 ILCS 30/1 et seq., are hereby allowed within the city limits. All such charitable games shall be conducted pursuant to license issued under the Charitable Games Act and in accordance with the terms and provisions of that act. It shall be unlawful for any person, corporation, agency, partnership, institution, association, firm or other entity to conduct charitable games within the city limits without first complying with the provisions of the Charitable Games Act of the state.
