§ 98.18 CERTAIN TREES PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, firm or corporation to plant or cause to be planted in any of the public streets, alleys or sidewalks, parkways or other public places in the city, any trees of the following varieties: cottonwood, poplar, walnut and willow.
