§ 96.001 SUPERVISION OF PUBLIC STREETS AND ALLEYS.
   All public streets, alleys, sidewalks, and other public ways in the city shall be under the supervision of the Superintendent of streets, alleys, and sidewalks. He/she shall be charged with the enforcement of all ordinance provisions relating to such public places (except traffic ordinances) and is authorized to enforce such ordinances.
