§ 94.19 ENFORCEMENT.
   It shall be the duty of the Chief of Police or Fire Chief, or their assistants to inspect all apparatus to be installed, and their location, and to make or cause to be made periodic inspections concerning the operation and accessibility of regular and emergency exits in such public places.
