§ 93.03 APPLICATION.
   Applications for such permit shall be made in writing to the City Clerk. Each application shall state thereon the name of the owner of the premises, the name of the person, firm or corporation constructing the billboard, the specifications showing the size, material and manner of construction of the billboard.
