§ 91.04 ISSUANCE OF LICENSE.

Such license shall be issued upon the payment of the license fee, as provided in § 91.02, to the City Clerk, and shall permit the use of any such device subject to the terms and conditions of this chapter, only upon the date specified on such license and no other.
