****   It shall be unlawful to place garbage and recycling toters, dumpsters, and any other objects on the pavement of Division Avenue.

 

   (B)   Whoever violates any provision of this schedule shall be subject to the courtesy citation section, § 34.30, and if the violator fails to avail himself or herself of § 34.30, then the penalty provisions of § 70.99 shall apply.
