§ 71.108 CATTLE ON STREETS.
   It is declared unlawful for any person, firm, corporation or their agents to lead or drive any cattle upon Mason Street between Division Street and Franklin Street; on Division Street between Locust and Colden Streets; Division and Mason Streets, and at the intersection of Mason Street and Congress Avenue.
