§ 33.09 RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING THE DEPARTMENT.
   The Chief of Police may make or prescribe such rules and regulations for the conduct and guidance of the members of the Police Department as he/she shall deem advisable, and such rules when approved by the Mayor and City Council, shall be binding on such members.
