§ 31.205 CREATION OF OFFICE; APPOINTMENT.
   (A)   There is created an appointive office to be known as Deputy City Clerk, in and for the city.
   (B)   This appointment shall be made by the Mayor, with the consent of the Council.
   (C)   The term of office for the position of Deputy City Clerk shall be for one year beginning May 1 and ending April 30.
