§ 31.157 DUTIES.
   The Director of Public Works shall be charged with the duty of keeping the streets and alleys of the city clean and free from obstruction. He/she shall see that the streets are properly graded and that the drains thereto are free and unobstructed; and shall perform such other duties as may be provided or required by the City Council.
