§ 31.139 REPORTS.

The Collector shall make such reports regarding delinquent special assessments as are required by statute, and shall make a monthly report to the City Council showing what money has been received and the source thereof. The Collector shall also make an annual report during the last month of the fiscal year showing all the activities of his/her office.
