§ 31.113 DRAFTING ORDINANCES AND CONTRACTS.
   It shall be the duty of the City Attorney to draft or supervise the phraseology of any contracts, leases or other documents or instruments to which the city may be a party and to draft ordinances and resolutions covering any subjects within the powers of the municipality.
