§ 31.096 MONTHLY REPORTS.
   The Treasurer shall make monthly reports to the Council showing the state of finances of the city, and the amounts received and spent during the month, which reports shall be filed. He/she shall make an annual report between May 1 and May 13, with the total amount of all receipts and expenditures of the city and his/her transactions as Treasurer during the preceding year.
