§ 11.03 CITY SEAL.
   The city seal hitherto established consisting of a circular disc with the words and figures “Seal of the City of Polo, Ill., 1877,” in the outer circle, and in the center thereof a figure of the head and shoulders of a man intended to represent the bust of Major Zenas Aplington shall be the official seal of the city.
