§ 11.01 WARD BOUNDARIES.
   For the purpose of municipal elections and electing aldermen to the City Council, the city is divided into three wards, as follows:
   (A)   The first ward shall include all that part of the city lying east of the following described line: Commencing at the north limit of the city, at its intersection with, and thence south along, the centerline of the right-of-way of the Illinois Central Railroad Company, to, and thence west along the centerline of Locust Street to, and thence south along the centerline of Franklin Street to, and thence west along the south line, extended, of the north 15.8 feet of the Town Hall of Buffalo Township to, and thence south along the west wall of such hall to, and thence east along the south line of the north 31.6 feet of such hall, extended to, and thence south along the centerline of Franklin Street to, and thence east along the centerline of Mason Street to the Illinois Central Railroad, and thence south along the centerline of such right-of-way to the south limit of the city.
   (B)   The second ward shall consist of and include all that part of the city lying west of the following described line: Commencing at the intersection of the north limit of the city with, and thence south along the centerline of the right-of-way of the Illinois Central Railroad to, and thence west along the centerline of Locust Street to, and thence south along the centerline of Franklin Street to, and thence west along the south line, extended, of the north 15.8 feet of the Town Hall of Buffalo Township to, and thence south along the west wall of such hall to, and west along the south line, extended, of such hall to, and thence south along the centerline of Division Street to, and thence west along the centerline of Mason Street to the west limit of the city.
   (C)   The third ward shall include all that part of the city not included within the above descriptions of the first and second wards.
