When signs are placed, erected or installed in each block giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle for longer than ten minutes at any time upon any streets described in Schedule V set by the town and made a part of this chapter, and the changing of the position of a vehicle from one point directly to another point within the same block, shall be deemed as one continuous parking period.
