§ 53.106  INJUNCTION AND ABATEMENT.
   The violation of this chapter is hereby declared to be a “public nuisance”, and this chapter may be enforced by injunction and order of abatement in an action instituted in the General Court of Justice, as provided in G.S. § 160A-175.
