(A) Where preliminary treatment, flow-equalizing facilities or flow monitoring facilities are provided for any water or wastes, they shall be maintained continuously in satisfactorily and effective operation by the property owner at his or her expense as approved by the Approving Authority.
(B) All flow control equipment, including, but not limited to pumps, nozzles, weirs, gates, valves and flumes shall be subject to the approval of the Approving Authority.
