(A) Users shall make wastewater acceptable under the limitations established herein before discharging into any town or county sewer.
(B) Any facilities required to pretreat wastewater to a level acceptable to the town or county shall be provided and maintained at the user’s expense.
(C) Pretreatment facilities shall be operated continuously during periods of wastewater discharge to the town or county sewers in a manner so as to produce a pre-treated discharge acceptable to the town or county as defined in §§ 53.035, 53.050, 53.065, 53.066 and 53.072.
(D) Detailed plans showing the pretreatment facility and operating procedures shall be submitted to the town and to the county before construction of the facility.
(E) The review and approval of the plans and operating procedures will in no way relieve the user from the responsibility of modifying the facility as necessary to produce an effluent complying with the provisions of this chapter.
(F) Any subsequent changes in the pretreatment facility of method or operation shall be reported to and be approved by the Approving Authority.
