§ 53.068  INSPECTION AND SAMPLING.
   (A)   The county may inspect the facilities of any user to ascertain whether the purpose of this chapter is being met and all requirements are being complied with.
   (B)   Persons or occupants of premises where wastewater is created or discharged shall allow the county and/or the town or its representatives ready access at all reasonable times to all parts of the premises for purposes of inspection or sampling or in performance of any of their duties.
   (C)   The town and the county shall have the right to set up on the user’s property devices as are necessary to conduct sampling or metering operations.
   (D)   Where a user has security measures in force which would require proper identification and clearance before entry into his or her premises, the owner shall make necessary arrangements with his or her security guards and personnel so that upon presentation of suitable identification, personnel from the town or the county will be permitted to enter without delay for the purposes of performing their specific responsibilities.
