§ 53.021  SIZE AND SLOPE OF SEWER.
   (A)   The size and slope of the building sewer shall be subject to the approval of the town, but in no event shall the diameter be less than four inches.
   (B)   The slope of the four-inch pipe shall not be less than one-eighth inch per foot.
