(A) The building sewer shall, in all cases, meet the minimum standards of the State Plumbing and Building Codes and be installed in accordance with all applicable OSHA requirements.
(B) Joints shall be water-tight and impervious to root penetration.
(C) If installed in filled or unstable ground, the building sewer shall be of either ductile-iron pipe or approved PVC pipe, that nonmetallic material may be laid on a suitable concrete bed or cradle as approved by the State Building and Plumbing Codes.
