§ 52.11  WATER CONSERVATION.
   The Town Board of Commissioners formally submit this as a resolution towards further establishing a clean water conservation program for the town water customers continuing to authorize and allow the Town Clerk-Finance Officer to distribute and display posters and/or pamphlets and provide water messages on monthly customer water billing notices.
