§ 51.02  SEPTIC TANKS REGULATED.
   Septic tanks may be installed where sewer is not reasonably accessible, provided the tank is constructed in accordance with the specifications of the State Board of Health and a permit therefor is issued by the Town Clerk-Finance Officer.
