For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
GARBAGE. Includes all refuse, animal, fruit and other vegetable matter, all tin cans, glassware and crockery in which the matter has been put up or stored, and all rags, waste paper, floor sweepings and other combustible refuse, except building material, scraps and tree trimmings.
