Standard street name signs will be installed by the town at all intersections in accordance with town standards. The subdivider may, however, with the approval of the Board of Commissioners of design and material, install a different street name sign type at no cost to the town. In that case, the developer or his or her successors or assignees shall be responsible for replacing the signs in instances of loss, damage or deterioration; otherwise, the town will replace the signs with its standard sign.
