§ 152.051  RESTRICTION OF ACCESS.
   Where a subdivision abuts or contains an existing or proposed thoroughfare, the Board of Commissioners may require marginal access streets, reverse frontage or other treatment as may be necessary for adequate separation of through and local traffic.
