(A) All proposed subdivision plans shall incorporate the land development requirements and provisions of all town ordinances, policies and plans as now or hereafter established or amended the same as if each were fully contained within these regulations.
(B) No subdivision plan may be approved which fails to incorporate the requirements and provisions or which is not consistent with those ordinances, policies and plans.
