§ 152.008  COORDINATION OF PLANS.
   All plans, plats and supporting documents to be submitted in connection with the procedures set forth in this chapter shall be submitted first to the Subdivision Administrator. The Subdivision Administrator shall develop and maintain a set of standards to serve as a basis for the type, size, graphic media, number of copies, information to be shown and other matters in regard to the maps and documents required to be submitted in the administration of this chapter. The standards may also include standards for street, storm drainage and utility construction plans. A listing of the standards are attached to this chapter and are presumed to be necessary to satisfy the requirements of this chapter; however, it is recognized that each development is unique, and therefore, the Subdivision Administrator may exercise flexible judgement in requiring less or more information and submittals according to the needs of the particular case.
