§ 150.33  VIOLATIONS.
   It shall be unlawful for the owner to occupy or to permit the occupancy by others or for a tenant to occupy a dwelling which has been posted with the notice as authorized by § 150.27 after the time prescribed in the notice for its vacation, and each days’ occupancy after that time shall be a separate offense.
